Warm up by practicing drawing from life. We will be working with a different model each Monday from September 30 to December 9 (10 sessions), 10am - noon.
In the first hour, we will start with 1-2 minute poses to warm up and go up to 10 minutes.
Second hour will be 1 long pose with breaks.

Drawing in the French Academic Style, with a Twist
Instructed by Keith Springall We are so lucky that Keith Springall will be teaching a course Monday night Monday nights 6 - 9 pm 10 weeks starting September 30th. He will be sharing all his tips and strategies for long pose figure drawing that he uses including: ∙ Using the tools of the trade, including charcoal pencils and 18" by 24" newsprint. ∙ Knowledge of anatomy and proportion to enable more nuanced drawing. ∙ Using gesture to more effectively see and draw. ∙ Composition, structure and problem solving. ∙ Breaking down a complicated problem into small steps. ∙ Strategies to check and correct work. ∙ Organizing and effectively managing time to get the most out of each session.
Our MAKE & TAKE Kids classes are back starting Saturday September 7th, 10 am - 1 pm. All art supplies included. Unlock your child's potential while enjoying time at the farmer's Makers Market at cSPACE.
