PAINTING & PORTRAIT COURSES
Sept. 8 Painting Studio Tuesday nights 6:30 -9:30
Returning right away to fling some painting Tuesday nights , you choose the subject, size and materials and we will help you get to your goals.
Sept. 14 Portrait Drop in - restarting the Monday night 6:30 -9:30
I've been getting so many messages from people with withdrawl, dying to come back and study faces so get it together we start the Monday after the long weekend.
Sept. 15 Elena Bushan painting class daytime Tuesdays 10 - 1
So glad to have Elena Back to add her colourful magic and know how. If you have time in the day to improve your painting and get more colour with the great north facing light our studio offers this is the session to join!
Sept. 16 Short Pose drop in Wednesdays 6:30 -9pm
Finally a body back on the model stand. It's become a tradition here to start our sessions with Tabitha, she's booked and ready to go so sharpen your pencils.
Sept. 18, 19, 20th Oliver Sin constructive portrait drawing workshop
Visiting Artist of renown. We are so lucky to have this calibre of educator come up to Cow town for and Canada for his first time ever. You will learn so much over the weekend. Starts Friday so be sure to get it off work.
Sept. 25 Friday Instructed Figure 9:30 am - noon
Anatomy is so much to learn but over the years we've worked out an effective system to get more done in less time. We will work on proportions and lay ins again from a live model. Multi-passes welcome.
Sept. 27 CreativiTEA Presence through painting
We have 4 sessions until the new year. If you like art, and tea and delicious snacks come spend an afternoon in the studio relaxing and delving into the depths of your psyche. Or just come for the treats.
Sept. 28 RISE & Draw 9:30 - noon & Directed Studies 1:30 - 4
Ready for coffee, tea and morning body. We will change up the times and have a different model each week. If you can do a double, after a lunch break come back and paint with us int he afternoon.
Oct. 1 Portrait Fun 1 with Keegan K. Thursday nights in October
Our newest course of the bunch, Keegan will be taking you through the motions to create beautiful likeness in portraits. Deal for early adopters, $50 off if you sign up here now.
