Thank you to everyone who came out to Saturday's events. We held our Grisaille workshop and the participants did amazing with the heavy load of theory and practice, history lesson and practical assignments. There was a lot to take in and do with hands on activities, some were drained by the end, as expected. They all walked away with some special know how and some nearly dry oil paintings. We are looking forward to seeing them put into use the practical skills they now have in their creative toolbox to expand their personal visions for their art.
Following the grisaille workshop we hosted Bunny's book club and Martinho brought an amazing collection of heavy books in a bin to share with all of us. We will have another one the last Friday of next month. February 27th, 5 - 8 pm.
If you are interested in upcoming workshops until the end of February, we have a new menu item on the website at the top for Workshops.
Elena Bushan will be having an opening of tons of her works at the 4th floor gallery at cSPACE and at 4:30- 6pm hosting a demo at the Atelier Artista studio, in the very place where some of the artworks on display were made during drop in sessions. You will see all the wonderful tools and materials she uses to make these colourful pieces and maybe learn something you can use in your own practice.

One more thing for those who arrived down here at the end of this newsletter entry and are curious about some of the things we did and saw while in London this past September.
