NEARLY MAY DAY

Hope you enjoyed the long weekend. Spent the time doing a little spring cleaning and catching up and wanted to tell you about all the things that are coming up next.

Tuesday Night Painting class starts tomorrow night, then we take a week off as Bunny is taking an impromptu trip to Paris to commune with his favourite paintings for a "research project" It resumes May 6, 13, 20 & 27th and may be your last chance this spring to get in some painting unless you join the Directed Studies Day class which starts next Monday.

Both classes are the walk around format where you paint what you want as the instructor moves around the classroom. Space is limited, drop ins are welcome if there are easels left. You can register on our courses page.

FIGURE FRIDAYS STARTS THIS FRIDAY 9:30 - NOON

We will pick up where we left off last semester with Seth and doing a long pose. After that in May and June we will focus more on the muscles. You can use your multi-passes to drop in but as soon as the numbers drop we will be shutting down the sessions for the summer break, so be sure to get in as many as you can to keep the sessions rolling for everybody else's sake.

WE WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE 5 DROP IN OPPORTUNITIES PER WEEK INTO THE SUMMER SEASON.

DROP IN FIGURE NIGHTS REMAIN THE SAME & WE WILL CONTINUE THE PORTRAIT DROP IN SESSION INTO MAY! AS LONG AS PEOPLE KEEP COMING.

I feel like I had no time off and I had to wedge this newsletter in at the end of the "long" weekend as I'm heading out to a CUFF movie with a friend tonight, and I'm pretty much over my cough caused by indiscriminate Toluene poisoning. I have an extra respirator in my car now. I'm too old to be learning these lessons the hard way. I'll do better next time I swear.
