The past month seemed to fly by, we lucked out with an extended autumn, so much has happened from new classes starting up, many new students joining our ranks and even some new models, book club is growing (pics in a gallery lower in this post) I hope this is inspiring and pulls you all from your warm houses into the warm studio to celebrate together.
*We are planning our annual year end get together, and everyone is invited from artists, students, drop-ins, models, family and friends.
Saturday December 20th 3 - 9pm
With darkness overcoming us in the Northern hemisphere it gives us pause to admire those greats artists that have gone before us in order to pursue their creative achievements. We have the utmost respect and appreciation for the brilliance of the old masters and artists that help illuminate the winding paths we are on in our own artistic journeys.
It's quickly becoming a winter Wonderland. December is usually our shortest month as we will be closing the studio for the holidays.
Atelier Artista will be closed Dec 22 - Jan 4th.
There are only so many sessions remaining so be sure to attend the final drop in sessions we have before the New year begins.
Mondays sessions run until December 15th
Rise & Draw 9:30 - noon, Directed Studies painting 2 - 4:30 & Long pose 7- 10pm
Wednesdays: Shot pose 6:30 -9:30 until Dec. 17
Thursdays portrait 6:30 -9:30
Friday figure 9:30 - noon until Dec. 19th

To all who were able to support mens health my Movember charity campaign this year. Picking up artwork anytime in December or make alternative arrangements to pick out an original artwork. There is no rush as the artwork isn't going to escape my portfolio without you.

BOXING DAY SALE:
Multi-passes will go on sale boxing day until the new year for the incredible original price from when we first opened. They can be used for any of our many drop-in opportunities including Thursday night portrait sessions. You can buy as many as you like and they don't expire. So mark it in your calendar and come back to our website as the window to these savings only comes once a year.
2026 is coming soon...
We hope to change things up in the schedule in the new year and bring more exciting opportunities for you to develop your skills. Our aim is to bring more painting classes and workshops on weekends as well as some other stuff to help you along. If you have something you are after please do not hesitate to let us know.
Looking up at the pics from last month there sure was a lot of stuff that went on and we hope you got a chance to take part. This holiday reflect on what your goals are for next year and we will reverse engineer the path to success and get there together. We hope you are inspired to come back and join us in the new year.
