In this 1-Day Masterclass, artists who desire to bring ‘freshness
and life” to their figurative paintings will learn concepts and ideas to
simplify a complex figure and Inspire you to create the paintings you thought were beyond your reach.
 
We will touch on all the ‘simple ideas’ that Bobbi emphasizes in her teaching:
“logical ideas” ... the nuts and bolts necessary to build a strong, beautiful
painting; ideas that will help take the mystery out of painting and add the magic
you are seeking.
 
Ideas that will take your work to the next level of understanding.
In the morning of this Masterclass, Bobbi will begin with an oil painting study/
demonstration of our beautiful model, from a photo (supplied)
Artists will be free to ask questions throughout, as Bobbi explains her process.
In the afternoon, artists will paint their own study of our model, using the ideas and
concepts learned from the morning’s demonstration.

There will be plenty of hands-on guidance throughout.
*Note: the emphasis of this Masterclass is NOT about finishing a
painting. However, it is about simplifying your subject and
exploring possibilities and the abstract beauty of paint.
